The room smelled strongly of smoke despite being designated as non-smoking. The bed and pillows were too firm, making it uncomfortable to watch TV from the bed. The shower temperature was inconsistent, with only scalding hot water available. Ordering room service was a hassle due to a dead phone, and when we did receive our breakfast, the crabmeat was of poor quality and tasted stale. We also faced issues with parking. the garage was cramped and awkward to navigate, and the supposed free parking was not honored.

I loved how close it was to the Metro! So convenient for getting around DC 🚇. The only downside was breakfast wasn't included, but the variety was decent. Definitely will return!
